It is exciting to be at the end of the year; with full of hope brimming to welcome the New Year. It is great to be back with an amazing BarkBox Review. Here we have for you BarkBox Super Chewer December 2018 Subscription Box Review. We have loved BarkBox right from the start and so has our beloved nearly 4-year-old Golden Retriever, Shadow. He is a big fan of all dog products and BarkBox Dog Subscription Box never fails him. Let us head to the review now.
Barkbox Dog Subscription Box
For those who are new around here, BarkBox is a monthly dog subscription box that ships to U.S and Canada. It is priced at $29 per box for one month, $25 per box with a 6-month subscription, and $21 per box with a 12-month subscription. You can alter your subscription plan, cancel it or stop it anytime. Each month the subscription box shipped will contain dog treats, toys, dog grooming products, dog chews, etc. All the products sent in the box are made either in the U.S or Canada. BarkBox sends quality products alone that comes with a fair warning regarding allergies and complete description of the ingredients and contents in the pack.
The best part of BarkBox, you can customize your order based size of your dog. You can make the choices from ‘Small and Cute’ (0-20 pounds), ‘Just Right’ (20-50 pounds), and ‘Big and Bold’ (50+ pounds). This size preference allows you to receive treats and toys that will match your dog’s size and strength. If your energy bundle is a heavy chewer, you can specify that as well! For such persistent teeth, they have the exclusive BarkBox Super Chewer Boxes. They come as ‘Small but Mighty’ (0 to 20 pounds), ‘Middle Weight’ (20 to 50 pounds), and ‘Large and in Charge’ (50 plus pounds). This box type will send your pet the toys that challenge their teeth and time. Super Chewer box is priced at $39 per month for a box, $34 per box for 6 months subscription and $29 per box for an annual subscription. Additionally, every month highlights a theme and all the goodies sent are centered on it.
BarkBox Super Chewer December 2018 Subscription Box Review
The theme for the December 2018 BarkBox was Snuggle, Pups, and Hygge. All the products sent and the information card was in line with the theme for the holidays. It was just perfect as any other month of BarkBox subscription box sent.
Meghan’s Mug of Cocoa
The mug designed like a mug of hot cocoa is an excellent texture designed rubber toy, made from natural rubber. You can hide treats inside them and play fetch for endless hours with your dog. Shadow is a great chewer. He makes the best use of the toy and needless to say, the treats within too.
Mikkel’s Rocking Stocking Chew Toy
The second toy was shaped like a stocking. This one is also a textured rubber toy with a squeaker inside. Durability is pretty good for the price paid.
The chews for the December Super Chewer BarkBox included a lamb ear. It is free from chemical additives and naturally processed. Shadow has lately been having some tummy issues. And thus we had to deny him this to be on the safer side.
Deluxe Lamb Chew
The next chew was also lamb meat from Etta Says. This Etta Says chew is a familiar taste in our household. Shadow has already tasted many of this similar kind already. We gave him this in 2 halves, just to test his tummy again. And his tummy was safe!
Greta’s Gourmet Turkey
These turkey flavored treats are small (quite small for a super chewer BarkBox for a large dog). They are star-shaped, soft and chewable. These are from the Bark shop and are sourced and made in the U.S.A. Shadow gobbled them up quickly as he could and kept asking for more, which he eventually did get as rewards.
Bjorn’s Bacon and Goat Cheese Treats
These are also sourced and made in the U.S.A. Bacon and cheese is a duo that needs no explanation. These are a little bigger than the first bag of treats. We mixed these along with Shadow’s meals twice a day for the extra bit of punch of taste his taste buds would enjoy.
That’s the wrap on the BarkBox Super Chewer December 2018 Subscription Box Review. We can never have enough of BarkBox. We love it and will continue to. Let us know if you are also a BarkBox subscriber and how it fared at your home.
